What you'll do
- Review plans, perform takeoffs, and build accurate cost models
- Price labor, equipment, subs, and materials
- Build complete proposals and bid packages
- Attend prebid meetings and site walks
- Lead estimate handoff and keep communication tight
- Maintain and improve estimating tools and cost history
What you bring
- 5 plus years estimating heavy civil work
- Strong knowledge of utilities, concrete, asphalt, earthwork
- Experience with HeavyBid, OST, or similar tools
