Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical equipment. Provide technical support and training services to customers, and answer customers' technical questions. Closely cooperate with the sales team, conduct technical demonstrations of the product, and answer customers' product questions. Participate in the technical testing and evaluation of new products, and provide improvement suggestions. Requirements Master's degree or above, preferably in medicine, biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, and other related majors. At least 2 years of experience in technical support for medical equipment. Familiar with the procedures of installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical equipment. Possess excellent communication skills and service awareness, able to respond quickly to customer demands. Able to work in a team and withstand a certain amount of work pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
