SpineSearch is seeking reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistants to join a growing healthcare team across multiple locations in Pennsylvania. This is a dual-role position combining both clinical and front desk responsibilities, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy both patient care and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and assist providers during patient visits
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR
• Coordinate patient flow to ensure an efficient clinic experience
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Answer phones, handle patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with general front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out
• Support overall patient care coordination and follow-up

Qualifications:

• Prior Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
• Comfortable balancing both clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute daily between locations as needed
