Job Description:

At Intellistars ABA, we are committed to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and families. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver RBT services: Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disorders in-home, in-clinic, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans: Carry out treatment plans developed by BCBAs, including skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and crisis intervention.
• Record and report data: Accurately record and report data on behavior, progress, and treatment plans to BCBAs and other team members.
• Collaborate with team members: Work closely with BCBAs, family members, and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.

Requirements:

• Certificate in RBT: Possess a valid Certificate in RBT from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• 0 years of experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training and support.
• Level of Education: Certificate in RBT or related field.

Additional Information:

• Salary: $25 - $30 HOURLY (commensurate with experience)
