Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, increase account adoption, and drive retention across North American Mobility customers. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement ongoing programs and campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention Build and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase customer adoption and satisfaction Track key metrics to evaluate the success of lifecycle initiatives and optimize marketing investments Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the Financial Industry, Payments, or Fintech Proven success in lifecycle/retention strategies across digital and multi-channel campaigns Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights Preferred: Master's Degree and experience with AI tools or marketing-related software
