Practice Highlights
- 10-bed pediatric-only ED with low-50s daily census
- 24 hours physician coverage daily (two 12-hour shifts)
- 12 hours daily APC support
- Dedicated pediatric OR, 8-bed med/surg unit, and 6-bed PICU
- 24/7 pediatric hospitalist and intensivist coverage
- Academic exposure with resident interaction
- Full-time schedule defined at 120 hours/month for strong work-life balance
