Description:
• We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Homeless Services Division as a Case Manager.
• This full-time, contract position involves providing community-based support to individuals, primarily onsite in the Philadelphia, PA area.
• The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in basic technology tools.

Requirements:
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Skills in establishing supportive and trusting relationships with clients.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using basic office software applications.
• Ability to travel locally with a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, kneeling, and bending.
• Availability for crisis intervention and emergency response.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as sociology, social work, or psychology.
• Experience with electronic health records and fee-for-service models preferred.
• Respect for participant rights and personal preferences in treatment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
