Join Our Team as a Van/Bus Driver! Flexible Hours!

Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking reliable and safety-conscious drivers to help support our workforce by providing transportation between local Albany-area bus stations and our facility.

We are hiring multiple drivers and offer flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time positions . Whether you're looking for weekday, weekend, daytime, evening, or overnight hours, we can work with your availability.

Position Responsibilities

Safely operate an 8-passenger company van.
Pick up employees from designated Albany-area bus stations and transport them to Evergreen Commons.
Provide return transportation at the end of shifts.
Conduct multiple transportation runs daily to support all three shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Maintain a professional, courteous, and dependable presence while transporting staff.
Perform basic vehicle safety inspections and report any concerns.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Prior professional driving experience is preferred but not required.
