Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech/media/telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed, and document security-related events, visitor interactions, and/or operational concerns.
• Support access control and workplace protocols while assisting staff, contractors, and visitors with directions, reporting procedures, and/or general site information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
