About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Commercial Program Management to spearhead the enterprise-wide commercial planning, launch readiness, and cross-functional execution. The successful candidate will be the central coordinator across various teams, including commercial, medical, market access, patient services, regulatory, and executive leadership, to ensure that strategic initiatives are delivered on time and in line with business objectives. This pivotal role involves leading commercial program management activities, building and maintaining integrated project plans, and driving launch readiness planning across multiple functions. The Vice President will also be responsible for developing executive-level reporting, identifying execution risks, and establishing best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness. Applicants for the Vice President, Commercial Program Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 12 years' experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry. The role requires a leader with a strong background in commercial operations, program management, launch planning, consulting, or strategic operations, and a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
