Total Rewards Specialist

Job Purpose The Total Rewards Specialist is an integral member of the Human Resources team and is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs that drive business results, enhance our culture, and comply with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail combined with excellent analytical skills, as well as a sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple activities. This individual will be highly collaborative with a proven ability to support and enable others while handling extremely sensitive and confidential information. This position operates at an advanced individual contributor level and serves as a key resource for complex compensation analysis, program support, and stakeholder consultation, without formal people management responsibility.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development, implementation, management and administration of total rewards programsConduct ad hoc compensation data analysis, including interpret results, to review and recommend salary offers, identify trends and raise issuesParticipate in compensation surveys and analyze external data market trends.Maintain, and enhance the company’s Job architecture.Administer annual compensation processes including merit increases, incentive plans and salary structure updates.Maintain salary grades, ranges and compensation frameworksDesign effective, efficient and easy to understand custom reports and dashboards to enable the organization to make fact-based compensation decisionsPartner with finance to ensure all financial planning, budgeting, and accruals are completed timely and accurately relative to total rewards programsDevelop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistent, accurate and repeatable processes, as well as identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for maximum efficiencyPartner with payroll across a large number of countries to ensure pay-related payments, such as corporate bonus payments, are processed in a timely mannerAnalyze internal and external market data to address compensation-related needs, including preparing and presenting recommendations and participating in surveysAssist in the benefits enrolment planning and administrationCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRMS, and Finance to coordinate total rewards administration and resolve issues .Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to provide compensation guidance and support for employee-related decisions in compliance with country-specific laws and regulationsMaintain positive relationships with total rewards vendors and third-party administratorsCollaborate with the HCM teams to ensure all compensation related resources are properly updated and maintainedParticipate in HR technology implementations and enhancement projects related to compensationParticipate in the development and maintenance of compensation tools, models, and standard operating procedures.Experience & EducationREQUIRED6+ years of related experienceBachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting or related discipline Experience in the Oil and Gas IndustryPREFFEREDKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesREQUIREDAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical skillsStrong sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple activitiesStrong interpersonal, communication, organizational and administrative skillsHighly collaborative with a strong desire to support and enable othersHigh integrity with proven ability to handle extremely sensitive and confidential informationDemonstrated track record of being a self-starter with the initiative and perseverance to deliver resultsAdvanced analytical skills and complex problem solving capabilities with the ability to draw conclusions from data, ensure quality and accurate dataCurious, growth-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving resultsStrong business and financial acumenKnowledge of compensation principles, salary surveys, job evaluation methodologies, and market pricing.PREFERREDFamiliarity with enterprise HR data systems, preferably ORACLE#LI-KP1 Full timePosting Date: 2026-07-21
