Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency. Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs on industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate documentation within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Conduct rigorous safety inspections and adhere to strict compliance protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and GMP standards. Support facility-wide continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean and 5S principles to daily workflows. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to ensure the continuity of critical production processes. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or military maintenance roles. Solid working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements for PPE usage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) diagnostics and troubleshooting. Advanced electrical certification or specialized industrial maintenance training.
