Job Description We are conducting a confidential search for a Production Supervisor with a well‑established, locally owned food manufacturing company known for its high‑quality products, strong team culture, and commitment to excellence. Western Wisconsin | 1st & 2nd Shift Opportunities The Production Supervisor will lead and support a highly trained team while overseeing day‑to‑day operations for the assigned shift. This role is responsible for driving production efficiency, safety, quality, and team performance, while working cross‑functionally with other departments to meet facility goals.
