Area Manager

Summary This position is responsible for acting as the Site Manager for multiple customer sites that are 24/7 within a given geographic area in the assigned region. Responsibilities Provide feedback to the Regional Manager. The Area Manager is expected to drive when absences or staffing shortages occur. Ensure employees are held accountable for their safety standards and resolve maintenance issues. Monitor performance metrics, develop process improvements, and resolve issues that impact service levels. Attend customer meetings and build relationships with that customer. Coordinate logistics activities with internal/external customers. Ensure that all employees provide the highest level of service. Ensure equipment is in good working condition and coordinate repairs with vendors. Qualifications Must have strong leadership and management skills, including recruiting, hiring, team building, coaching, and mentoring new managers/drivers & retraining season managers/drivers. Must have good communication and willingness to provide exceptional customer service. Understanding and prevention of critical safety issues.
