Service Advisor Responsibilities As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience by: Actively listening to customers to understand their vehicle concerns Creating clear and accurate repair orders for technicians Communicating technician findings and recommended repairs to customers Educating customers on maintenance needs and helping them make informed decisions Providing regular updates throughout the repair process Maintaining professional, respectful interactions with customers, technicians, and vendors at all times What We're Looking For Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor (required) Strong customer service and communication skills Energetic, dependable, and career-minded attitude Solid automotive knowledge preferred Computer and tablet proficiency required Experience with X-Time Inspect and Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite is a plus Valid Driver's License required Sunset Automotive Group Benefits Competitive compensation and earning potential Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Life and Disability Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (available after 6 months) Company-paid factory training Employee discounts at all Sunset locations And more!
