Under direct supervision, the Key position supports front-of-house team members and management by maintaining restaurant standards, fostering positive Guest and team experiences, and ensuring effective internal communication. This role requires a leader with a "whatever it takes" attitude, dedicated to helping the management team, team members, and Guests achieve daily quality and consistency. Responsibilities Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance) Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities Minimum Requirements Certified in all front-of-house functions Legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Requirements Previous experience in the restaurant industry Previously held positions of leadership Bloomin Brands offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
