Join us today and bring your individuality along!As a Vitality Living Sales Director, you will impact lives by:Achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets, driving revenue not only by increasing occupancy but alsoby maximizing market rates and collecting applicable fees.Ensure that tactical plans for occupancy, move-ins, and sales effectiveness targets are proactively incorporatedinto the community's quarterly REV Plan, contributing to strategies that achieve community-wide goals.Develop persuasive, compelling narratives to articulate the community’s unique value to prospectivecustomers, making a strong case for why the community stands out among market alternatives.Ensure that all customer interactions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each prospect, drivingrelationships forward through mutually agreed upon next steps.Actively participate in the Daily Alignment Meeting, ensuring that customer experiences, move-ins, move-outs,and occupancy data are accurately represented in both Welcome Home and Yardi systems.Fully document customer data and sales activities in the CRM, ensuring transparency and seamless handoverswhen necessary.Join us today if you meet the following requirements:3 or more years of successful experience in leasing and sales with senior housing experienced preferred.Demonstrated traits of accountability, meeting high expectations, confidence, goal-orientation, and a desire to succeed.Sales skills including persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company’s sales systems.Strong English language written and verbal communication skills, with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM.Must be at least 21 years old.Must possess a valid driver license and have access to a car, ability to do outreach appointments.Some of our benefits include:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceGenerous PTO PlanMonthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses401kJob Details:This is a Full Time salary exempt position.If this sounds like you and you have a heart for working with and around senior adults, then Vitality Living is the place for you!Vitality Living is an equal opportunity employer where you can Be You, Be Vibrant, and Belong. #J-18808-Ljbffr
