OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Owatonna, MN by HMD Trucking

HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Experience long-haul OTR routes in modern trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs and rider seats, all supported by our in-house maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure and transport flatbed freight nationwide
- Follow FMCSA regulations and best safety practices
- Perform equipment inspections and tarping
What We Offer:
- $0.70/mile base pay + $0.10 safety/productivity bonus
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
