Rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Customized rehabilitation is tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from various conditions including strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. Strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those served through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Must be cooperative and have a desire to be a team player. Experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation is preferred. Common diagnoses/treatments include stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and debility.
