Thousands of companies use its AI voice agents for sales, support and logistics calls that once required large teams, and it is building toward contact centers powered entirely by intelligent AI workers. Backed by Y Combinator and Alt Capital, Retell AI grew from $5M to about $80M ARR with a team of roughly 40 people, and was named a top 50 AI app by a16z. The Role Retell AI is hiring Senior Frontend Engineers (3-7 years) to build the user experiences that power its voice automation platform, from dashboards and analytics to customer-facing tools. You will join a small, high-ownership frontend team reporting directly to the CTO, owning projects end to end and shipping features thousands of companies use in production. The team works a high-intensity startup schedule. What You Will Do
- Build and ship React-heavy features end to end (prompt management, dashboards, analytics).

- Work directly with customers to onboard, debug and turn feedback into UX improvements.
- Own frontend architecture decisions and iterate rapidly.
- 3-7 years of frontend engineering focused on React, active in your current or most recent role
- Expert-level React you can write without AI assistance, plus production TypeScript and Node.js

- A truly frontend focus (not primarily full stack)

Interview Process Application review, online assessment (CodeSignal), intro call (20 min), two technical phone interviews (45 min each), onsite or virtual interviews (2-3 hours). Tech Stack React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS
