Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join an established legal team handling personal injury matters from intake through settlement. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working directly with clients, managing cases, and helping move claims toward successful resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties.
• Obtain and organize medical records, medical bills, and supporting documentation.
• Track treatment progress, follow up on outstanding records, and maintain accurate case files.
• Prepare demand packages and settlement demands for attorney review.
• Monitor deadlines, insurance claim status, and important case developments.
• Assist with settlement negotiations, lien resolution, and settlement documentation.
• Provide attorneys with case updates and ensure files remain organized and moving forward.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant handling personal injury pre-litigation matters.
• Familiarity with personal injury claims, medical records, insurance claims, and settlement demands.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and client service.
• Proficiency with legal case management software and standard office applications.
