Property Manager - Tax Credit (LIHTC) -Property Management Schedule: Monday-Friday Pay: $21-$22 per hour Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70807 We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager with strong Tax Credit (LIHTC) knowledge to oversee daily operations, compliance, leasing, and resident relations for our community. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who understands both people and paperwork. Responsibilities * Oversee daily property operations and ensure excellent resident service * Manage leasing, renewals, marketing, and occupancy goals * Ensure full compliance with LIHTC regulations, income certifications, and file audits * Review and approve applications, recertifications, and all compliance documentation * Coordinate maintenance requests, unit turns, and vendor services * Handle resident concerns and maintain positive community relations * Prepare budgets, financial reports, and monthly property performance updates * Lead and support onsite staff to maintain a professional, efficient environment Requirements * Tax Credit (LIHTC) property management experience required * Strong understanding of income qualification, compliance rules, and file preparation * Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills * Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.) * Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Through BG Staffing * Weekly pay * Health, dental, and vision insurance options * PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws * Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
