• Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Job Description

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Present qualified candidates and manage the offer process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer systems
• Prior HR or recruiting experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate:

• $24-25/hour depending on experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
