In this role, you will work in the pressroom setting up, conditioning, and adjusting tooling to bring parts to print. Working from blueprints, you will install tools into the press, diagnose and make adjustments to achieve tight tolerances, and collaborate closely with machinists, process engineers, program managers, and the quality team to keep production running to a high standard.

This role is perfect for a certified Tool & Die Maker with strong tooling and mechanical skills, looking for varied, specialist work, funded development, and a clear path to progress.

The Role

• Setting up, conditioning, and adjusting tooling in the pressroom to produce precision components for medical devices, aircraft, and defense systems.
• Installing tools into the press and making precise adjustments to hold the tight tolerances these critical parts demand.
• Working alongside process engineers, quality, and program managers to bring intricate, high-specification tooling to print.

The Person:

• Certified Tool & Die Maker with strong tooling experience
• Strong mechanical capability and able to set up, condition, and adjust tools
• Blueprint reading and GD&T (no degree required)
