• Develop full-stack integrations in Python and JavaScript with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools.

• Scope work, resolve blockers, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.

• Turn repeatable implementation patterns into tools and platform components that can serve multiple customers.

• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.

• Experience working in venture-backed startups, or a strong track record of growth and impact at a larger technology company.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and AWS.

• Hands-on experience delivering voice AI solutions and applying LLM prompting techniques in production.

• Strong distributed systems knowledge and a record of writing production-grade code.
