Responsibilities Capture and manage high-quality digital recordings of court proceedings with precision Ensure accuracy and clarity of records that impact legal outcomes Manage notary certification and verification processes Collaborate with legal professionals to deliver timely, reliable reports Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards Qualifications Certified court reporter through AAERT or NCRA (or willingness to obtain within 1 month) Notary public certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy is non-negotiable Fluent knowledge of legal terminology and courtroom procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members Reliability and professional demeanor under pressure Why Join Us?
