The Role & Key Responsibilities Job Title :Advance Product Specialist – Performance Products Location: Hybrid, UK Package includes Salary from £27,000 plus matched pension contributions, performance related bonus, and access to flexible benefits that support your development, wellbeing and everyday life. Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Monday – Friday Advance is looking for an organised and customer-focused Product Specialist to support our Performance Products business. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring orders, pricing, product quality and customer communications are managed efficiently. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth. What you'll be doing Managing relationships with clients and consultants, delivering a high-quality service. Processing sales and purchase orders accurately. Supporting quotations, pricing updates and stock management. Resolving customer and finance queries promptly. Coordinating product quality testing and reporting. Communicating product updates to clients and consultants. Managing key customer accounts and forward ordering requirements. What we're looking for Effective customer service and relationship management skills. Solid organisational and administrative abilities. Skilled communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders. BSc (Hons) Degree in Agricultural Management. Desirable Skills / Experience Agricultural industry experience. Knowledge of quality control or RSPO certification. Experience managing pricing or customer finance queries.
