Role Description This is a full‑time on-site role for an Associate at our San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area location. The Associate will work hands‑on with a team of veterinary professionals to provide compassionate care for pets and enhance the overall client experience. Responsibilities include performing routine check‑ups, diagnosing health conditions, advising pet‑parents on treatment plans, ensuring compliance with best veterinary practices, and maintaining accurate medical records. The associate will also collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment and uphold our mission of delivering the highest standards of care. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in veterinary medical care, including diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health conditions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide education and guidance to pet owners. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a commitment to fostering a respectful and cohesive work environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining medical and treatment records. Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent in good standing in Texas. Experience with companion animal care and knowledge of industry best practices.
