Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedic & Neurological Rehabilitation)

Location: Quality Rehab Physical Therapy - Colorado Springs, CO
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s (no weekends!)

• Orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation
• Chronic pain management
• Neurological rehabilitation
• Vestibular and balance disorders
• Stroke recovery
• Pelvic floor therapy

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and evidence-based interventions
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with PTAs, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Continuously develop your clinical knowledge and skills

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (or eligible prior to start date)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• CPR certification preferred
