About This Opportunity At Okland, we believe great projects start with great planning. We're looking for a Senior Construction Scheduler to support our growing portfolio of mission critical projects across Texas, helping teams turn complex construction plans into clear, actionable schedules. Schedule Development & Planning Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools to support successful project delivery. Partner with project teams and trade partners to build integrated schedules that align key milestones, sequencing, and project objectives. Support project phasing strategies, construction sequencing, and schedule-based decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Project Controls & Performance Analysis Monitor project progress, analyze schedule performance, and provide regular forecasts, updates, and risk assessments to project stakeholders. Evaluate schedule impacts related to changes, delays, and other project events, helping teams identify solutions and maintain project goals. Assist with forensic schedule analysis and reporting to support project documentation and issue resolution. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Facilitate pull planning sessions and collaborative scheduling workshops that drive alignment across project teams and trade partners. Provide guidance and training on scheduling best practices, helping teams strengthen planning processes and schedule management capabilities. Travel to project sites as needed to validate progress, support field coordination, and ensure schedules accurately reflect project conditions. You’re ready for this role if you have A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project management. Proficiency in CPM scheduling theory and tools like Primavera P6. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logic, and production rates. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and engineering documents. A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
