Primary Duties And Responsibilities Ensure all associates are trained in all warehouse processes, including confirming annual SOP compliance. Have a working knowledge of specific client requirements. Provide resolutions and decisions in the clients best interest. Oversee daily processes on the warehouse floor and communicate changes or adjustments in the process to staff. Execute annual compliance SOP review and retraining for any changes. Assist supervisors on team solutions. Maintain flexibility in hours during high-volume periods. Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) daily and provide guidance to coordinators. Use the Labor Management System (LMS) daily and track employee time, attendance, and performance. Assist the Supervisor in Operations Oversight including Safety Protocols and Processes. Qualifications And Skills 4+ years7 experience in a warehouse supervisory role. Detail oriented and able to multi-task. Bilingual a plus. Prior experience with a warehouse management system. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills. Strong soft skills related to communication, agility, and collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
