Laundry Room Attendant

Reports to: Director of Residential Life Schedule/Travel: Part-time, academic year position. Schedule is: Monday, 11 a.m.–4 p.m., Wednesday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m., and Friday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m. FLSA: Non-exempt Classification: Staff Position Summary Responsible for maintaining the Laundry Room while providing services to support the Kent School community. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Physically work out of the Laundry Room to distribute clean laundry bags and/or clean dry cleaning to students. Ensure the individual room within the Laundry Room remains organized. Log issues/complaints by students in a Google Sheet shared with the Dean's Office. Qualifications Current member of the Kent School community (ideally) Strong organizational and communication skills Additional Requirements Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment criminal background checks and drug test. Maintain punctual and regular attendance. Work is performed on a smoke-free campus. Additional Information The essential functions and basic skills have been included.
