Scope of Project:

Information Security Engineer AI Driven Coding (Contractor)

Responsibilities:

Configure security controls for AI driven coding tools. Implement permissions, execution restrictions, network access controls, credential protection, and logging. Integrate security configurations with Docker containers and Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines. Test controls, troubleshoot issues, and document remaining gaps. Create support documentation and transfer knowledge to County staff.

Required/Preferred Skills:

• Docker configuration and container security.

• Azure DevOps repositories, permissions, and pipelines.

• Linux administration and scripting.

• Git, JSON, and YAML configuration management.

• Experience securing AI development tools preferred.

• Experience with a range of AI driven dev platforms including Claude-Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex.

• Experience using MCPs, Skills, and enterprise controls within Claude, GPT, and Copilot.

Deliverables:

• Working, version-controlled security configurations.

• Documented test results and operating procedures.

• Completed handoff to County staff.
