To learn more about Carpetland Carpet One check out: Why You'll Love It Here: Salary: $52,000 40 hrs./weekly (Monday - Saturday) Candidates should be able to work 2 Saturdays a month 90-day initial training with continual training throughout the first year Flexible Scheduling Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Retirement Plan w/up to 2% company contribution Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Major Holidays Company iPad + measuring tool provided Discounts on products & services Potential for growth within organization Networking opportunities Biweekly sales meetings & product knowledge training sessions Day-to-Day Tasks: Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering a great customer experience Build genuine relationships with new/existing customers Schedule appointments for client design consultations Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided Measure spaces, estimate materials, product suggestions, present proposals, manage payments & oversee project quality Keep the install team on track by sharing clear notes + photos Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability Utilize social media platforms to build a network & prospect for new business Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend What We're Looking For 1+ years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Construction, Hospitality or similar role Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED) Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED) Fundamental tech, social media & math skills Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business.
