Delivery DriverWe are seeking a reliable and efficient Contract Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of goods to various locations in the Richmond area. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring deliveries are completed accurately, maintaining delivery logs, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a timely manner.Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy.Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients.Maintain delivery logs and reports.Inspect delivery vehicles and report any issues to management.Follow company policies and procedures for safe handling of products.Skills and Qualifications:Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps.Ability to manage time efficiently and meet delivery deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the Richmond, VA area.Basic vehicle maintenance skills.
