Long Term Care Account Specialist - Charlotte, NC

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a Long Term Care Account Specialist for a Charlotte, NC territory to drive product adoption and growth through strategic account management and provider education. The role involves managing relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and facilities while executing sales strategies and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and account management in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurses, pharmacists, and long-term care facilities
  • Execute territory sales strategies via in-person and virtual communications to meet objectives
  • Identify and address territory-specific barriers and opportunities for product success
  • Collaborate with internal teams including managed care, marketing, and medical science liaisons

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science or related field
  • Minimum 4 years commercial pharma/biotech or related experience
  • 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical, LTC, psychology, or neurology sales experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, or similar business systems
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
