Veterinary Client Service Representative Ithaca, NY May 18, 2026 $36K - $40K Client Service Representative We 're seeking a Full-time Client Service Representative with veterinary hospital experience to join our team. Salary range $18-20 dependent on experience Why We Need You As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for the following functions: Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Placing outbound calls for consults or follow up appointments. Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments. Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions. Answering questions regarding products and services. Managing medical records: scanning and uploading records, extensive texts, email, chat correspondence management, labwork uploading, and follow up with DVM. Referral records correspondence. Hospital lobby appearance: ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times and supplies available for our clients.
