Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and general accounting functions
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Analyze manufacturing, labor, and overhead costs and identify cost variances
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Follow up on past due invoices, dispute claims, and perform credit checks
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records and documentation
• Assist with financial reporting and other accounting-related projects as needed
