About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Clarkston, Washington, 99403!

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to Med Surg and PCU patients
• Administer medications, IVs, and monitor patient vitals and responses
• Perform ongoing assessments and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families on care, procedures, and discharge planning
• Respond to changes in patient condition and intervene promptly
