Reporting to the CFO, this role provides practical legal guidance on contracts, risk management, and insurance matters while working closely with senior leaders, operations teams, customers, and vendors.Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $119,680 to $160,019Your ImpactDraft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including service, rental, vendor, and construction contractsAdvise leaders and operational teams on contract terms and risk mitigationSupport dispute resolution and coordinate with outside counsel when neededAssist with contract management processes and supplier complianceSupport property and casualty insurance matters and risk management strategiesWhat You BringJuris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive state bar license in good standing5+ years of contract negotiation and transactional law experienceStrong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skillsMust be willing and able to work onsite.Join Quinn Company and help support the agreements and partnerships that power our customers’ success.
