Join European Wax Center as a Guest Service Associate (GSA) and be a key part of providing exceptional service to our valued guests! In this role, you will create a welcoming environment and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Managing booking appointments and handling customer inquiries over the phone and in-person
- Educating guests on services, products, and promotions
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting fellow associates

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
- Approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to support morning (7:30 AM–2:00 PM) and / or evening (2:00–8:00 PM) shifts throughout the week. Availability needs are greatest Tuesday evenings and Wednesday - Sunday across both AM & PM shifts , and all candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day each week .
