The Opportunity: Lead the Team & Maximize Your Earnings

Are you an experienced Bar Manager, Server Lead, Head Bartender, or a Restaurant Manager who loves hospitality.

This is a hands-on, working management role . You will oversee key operational duties—such as scheduling, inventory, ordering, and team leadership—while also working prime shifts on the floor to keep your skills sharp, stay connected with guests, and take home great tip money .

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily opening and closing procedures, maintain clean and organized front-of-house spaces, and coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen staff.
• Ordering & Inventory Control: Manage beverage stock, track inventory levels, place orders, reduce waste, and manage vendor relationships.
• Smart Scheduling: Build efficient labor schedules aligned with guest traffic patterns and budget targets.
• Team Hiring & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and direct servers and bartenders to build a positive, high-performing culture.
• Guest Hospitality: Act as the face of the venue—building relationships with regulars, ensuring top-tier service, and handling guest concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Floor Presence: Work prime floor/bar shifts, setting the pace for service, driving sales, and earning tipped income.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Required Certifications: Valid Food Handler Certification (a plus but not required) and RAMP Certification (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Proven Hospitality Background: 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant environment (e.g., Lead Server, Head Bartender, Bar Manager, or Shift Supervisor).
• Efficiency-Focused: You know how to run a shift efficiently without needing to live at the restaurant 6 days a week.
• Operational Aptitude: Experience with (or strong ability to learn) inventory tracking, shift scheduling, and POS systems.
• Strong Communicator: Able to motivate team members, enforce operational standards fairly, and build instant rapport with guests.
