• Review prescription orders for clinical appropriateness, verifying dosage accuracy, patient information, potential drug interactions, formulation integrity, and proper labeling.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional pharmacy experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
