Our firm provides an inclusive and welcoming environment that promotes friendship among our colleagues.RequirementsOur Client seeks an experienced attorney with 5-10 years of litigation experience.Construction defect litigation experience is a plus.Experience in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas is also a plus.You will be an integral member of the team and will gain meaningful experience.Litigation work will depend on experience, but may include legal research and writing, conducting discovery, motion practice, taking/receiving depositions, and trial preparation.When ready, you will also gain jury trial, bench trial, and/or arbitration experience.
