Role Description
Our client is a full-service CPA firm located on the beautiful Central Coast of California. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding service to our clients by delivering expert advice with a personalized approach. They are seeking bright, team-oriented individuals for this full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate role in Santa Maria, CA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; Master’s degree a plus
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
- 3 to 5 years of audit and accounting experience within a public accounting firm
- Expertise in compilations and reviews, and individual and business taxation for privately held companies
- Good technical, communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks and projects while working with staff members, partners and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills and strong organizational techniques are required
- High motivation and passion for the profession a must
- Financial Statements, Financial Audits, and Auditing skills
- Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Experience in conducting audits and financial analysis
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
