Cavanaugh Dental in Lansing, Michigan is seeking an experienced and compassionate General Dentist to join our team! As a General Dentist in our office, you will work closely with our team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients. Our office offers a comprehensive range of services, including crowns and bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care. We provide care to patients of all ages. Our daily schedule typically includes 8-10 patients in the doctor's schedule (depending on doctor’s preferences), in addition to approximately 12 hygiene exams per day. Cavanaugh Dental 900 E. Two CO- Office Managers Three FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call) Two FT Dental Assistants (hiring a third FT DA) Schedule: Compensation: Up to 35% Collections Our office is equipped with trusted tools to provide efficient, high-quality patient care, including: Digital X-rays Intraoral Cameras in Every hygiene Operatory and one on doctors side Paperless Charting System Panoramic Machine Air-Driven Handpieces Dentsply Sirona scanner Insurances: In network with Delta Dental Premier/PPO/ Healthy Kids/Healthy Michigan/ Guardian/ Cigna Requirements: General Dentistry license in the state of Michigan Customer service and interpersonal relations Excellent Oral and written communication Detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced dental environment Communicate well with patients and teammates Provide excellent clinical care Part-time employees working 16+ hours per week are eligible for paid time off.
