Advanced Practice Provider

Role Description: The Advanced Practice Provider role is an essential role for Adjuvant Behavioral Health. This role is responsible for providing prescriptive clinical services, in coordination with Adjuvant’s clinical guidance. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of Adjuvant Behavioral Health, the Prescriber responsibilities include – Primary Responsibilities: Prescribe medication to patients that assist them in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making positive changes for their psychiatric well-being Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports to satisfy both Joint Commission accreditation, insurance payers, and Adjuvant Behavioral Health Operations Manual Evaluate clients' physical or mental condition, based on review of client information Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments or develop treatment plans Refer patients, clients, or family members to ABH IOP, community resources or to specialists as necessary Modify treatment activities or approaches as needed to comply with changes in clients' status Complete administrative documentation for every client.
