Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Implement and oversee the delivery of evidence-based ABA therapy programs. Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and other staff members. Regularly assess and monitor client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and provide support in training and program development. Qualifications: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Strong clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator within a team. Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues. Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
