Hours: Part-time, up to 25 hours/week

Reports to: General Manager

front-of-house running smoothly and support our team in delivering a great

guest experience.

About the Role

We're seeking a Restaurant Manager with strong front-of-house

experience to oversee daily operations, support our service staff, and help

maintain the high standards our guests expect. This is a great opportunity for

someone who enjoys hands-on leadership in a close-knit environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations
• during scheduled shifts, ensuring smooth, efficient, and outstanding service
• Supervise, train, coach, and support
• servers, hosts, and other FOH staff
• Handle guest concerns and ensure
• a positive dining experience
• Assist with staff scheduling and
• shift coverage
• Monitor dining room flow, table
• turns, and service quality
• Ensure compliance with health,
• safety, and cleanliness standards
• Support opening/closing
• procedures and cash handling as needed
• Communicate effectively with
• kitchen staff to coordinate service timing and ensure food quality
• Step in on the floor as needed
• (seating, expediting, serving, resolving issues)

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and great
• food
• Prior experience in restaurant
• management or front-of-house leadership
• Strong communication and people
• skills
• Ability to stay calm and
• organized during busy shifts
• Flexible availability, including
• evenings/weekends as needed
