Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting at a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma facility
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on patient acuity
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
• Float between sister units or nearby facilities as operationally required
• Participate in weekend coverage on a variable basis per unit scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Ability to work night shifts on a 4x12-hour schedule
• Willingness to float to sister facilities as needed
• Submission of 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience charting in Epic
• Experience working in a teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with Level II Trauma or Level II Pediatric Trauma care settings
